TORTURE IN D NAME OF EDUCATION !!!!
this weekend i lost my only hope. our professors say dat dey r not concerned about our thoughts.they told us without an ounce of shame that all they want is the same bullshit that is there in the books....what will we do when we enter the professioanl arena where we are expected to have our own views and ideas????? will we quote mr.greenberg n mr.baron when well b asked about our views on organizational behaviour.yes these authors are no doubt are legends but there is a thin line between being inspired by others thoughts and copying others thoughts..........

the professional arena you talk about too has been restricted to very few of the individuals whole most others just slog ie do the work that they have been appointed to do by following a model that has been provided by their 'superiors'...this i talk about engg about other streams i do not know.
